Specialist support for domestic abuse

Domestic abuse (DA) can leave you feeling trapped, lonely and frightened. It is important to remember that it is not your fault, and there is help and support to keep you and your family safe.  Our professional, local and trained DA Case Managers in Suffolk and Norfolk can help you with a safety plan and provide advice and 121 support to help you and your family remain safe.

You can access our services as much as you need to, as our service is designed to support you with what you want from us to help you. We work with other local agencies where more specialist support is needed, but we will work with those agencies to ensure that you don’t repeat your story and receive the support you need in a way you want it.

No crime needs to be reported to access our service, and we are independent of the police.

Remember, you deserve healthy relationships, and there are people ready to listen and help when you’re ready to reach out.

Please call the police in an emergency on 999 or call 101 for all non-emergencies.
