About us
Norfolk & Suffolk Victim Care supports anyone living and working in Norfolk & Suffolk, who has been impacted by crime.

Everything you tell us is strictly confidential.

You will be listened to, believed, and we will tailor our support to your needs. We can provide an interpretation service for people who do not speak English as a first language.

Call our Support line free on 0300 303 3706. We are available 9:00am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

If you need to report a crime, please call the Police on 101.

Support for young people

We offer resources, practical and emotional support for young people and their families.

If you are under 18 and have been impacted by a crime, you can talk to Norfolk and Suffolk Victim Care.

Norfolk and Suffolk Victim Care is a free and confidential service which supports victims and witnesses of crime under the age of 18 in Norfolk and Suffolk.

We provide compassionate support by listening and helping you understand what has happened while offering a safe, non-judgemental space to talk. We also provide practical advice, such as safety tips, explanations of your rights and the law, and assistance in connecting with police, parents, or other support services.

They gave me suggestions for things I could do to better protect myself and to cope with the anxiety, stress and fear when things flare up. They confirmed that the mindset and self-care techniques I’ve been using are helpful. I felt understood and supported.
