Help for young people and families

If you are under 18 and have been impacted by a crime, you can talk to Norfolk and Suffolk Victim Care.

Norfolk and Suffolk Victim Care is a free and confidential service which supports victims and witnesses of crime under the age of 18 in Norfolk and Suffolk.

Norfolk and Suffolk Victim Care can help you by:

  • listening to you and helping you to understand what has happened and how you can start to feel better.
  • being a safe and non-judgemental person you can talk to.
  • giving you tips on how to keep yourself safe.
  • explaining your rights and the law.
  • helping you to speak to the police or your parents if you want to.
  • helping you to get support from other places if you need it.
