Speaking to someone

We all need support at some time or another and asking for help can be difficult. Our priority is to ensure you are given the support needed to help you cope and recover. We recognise everyone’s needs are different and that is why our service is designed to be tailored to your requirements, with support that can be delivered face to face or over the phone.

Whether or not the crime has been reported, and regardless of when it happened, we have a team of experienced and professional caseworkers to help you in your journey of recovery.

Our compassionate and confidential support is available to anyone in your life who has been affected, ensuring they receive the care and guidance they deserve.

Reporting a crime

If you think you have been a victim of a crime and want to report a crime, you can tell a parent, carer or adult you trust. Norfolk & Suffolk Victim Care can also help you with this if you are unsure.
