Norfolk and Suffolk Victim Care is a free, specialised and confidential victim service delivered by Victim Support. 

We have a dedicated, local team in Norfolk and in Suffolk who are here to help and to support you, providing you with the information that you need.  We have offices in Norwich and Ipswich and the service is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.

We provide personalised support for residents of Norfolk and Suffolk. Our support is available whether you’ve reported the crime to the police or not.

Being a victim or a witness of a crime brings up a vast range of emotions that can make you feel angry, sad, overwhelmed, scared and everything in between. However you feel, we’re here to help you make sense of everything through our dedicated and informed support.

We provide a safe place for you to talk through your thoughts and feelings, allowing you the space and time to ask any questions you may have. This can be over the phone, online or face-to-face. Our support is completely confidential and independent.
