Support

Norfolk and Suffolk Victim Care is a specialist, confidential, established service that supports victims of crime across Norfolk and Suffolk.

We provide specialist help to support people to cope and move on to the point where they feel they are back on track with their lives.  Our staff work for Victim Support, an independent charity dedicated to supporting victims of crime and traumatic incidents in England and Wales and are commissioned to provide a victim service for Norfolk and Suffolk by the Police and Crime Commissioners for Norfolk and Suffolk.

We have a dedicated team of case managers in Norfolk and Suffolk, with offices in Norwich and Ipswich.  The service is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm and we have expert staff available to help support and work with you.  We are able to support you with any crime and are waiting for your call.

If your call is an emergency and life threatening, please call 999 immediately.

If you need to speak to Victim Support staff outside office hours, then please call 08 08 16 89 111, start a live chat or request support online.
