Personalised and tailored to you

Our support is personalised and tailored to you. We can assess your safety and security requirements through our comprehensive safety planning with a local Case Manager allocated to you through your support with us. This case manager can assist through advocacy and signpost you to other agencies if you need further support or guidance. Our service is free throughout your time with us and you can return for support at any time, as and when you need us.

No one needs to report a crime to or to be a victim of crime to access Norfolk and Suffolk Victim Care. The service is available over the phone, via Zoom or face to face. The choice will always be yours.

We’re independent from the police and our support is free and confidential.

As part of our service, we also offer expert provision for children and young people, and victims of domestic abuse and sexual violence. Please see the relevant sections for further information.  We work with a network of agencies to ensure your situation is supported as best possible.
