Victim Support Receives Visit From The Suffolk Police & Crime Commissioner

The Suffolk PCC and Norfolk PCC jointly commission Victim Support to deliver the victim services across Suffolk and Norfolk. We deliver this under the banner of Norfolk and Suffolk Victim Care.

Tim had last visited our Norwich office some years ago and was keen to meet the Suffolk team, as well a couple of clients who have received our support really. The Suffolk office moved a couple of years ago into a more suitable and central location in Ipswich, which Tim was keen to visit also.

It was a very successful visit, as Tim Passmore the Suffolk Police and Crime Commissioner and Elisabeth Hollingworth, the head of governance and guidance for the office of Police and Crime Commissioner for Suffolk, met Justin Sarginson, Area Manager for Norfolk and Suffolk, Nansi Brown, Operations Manager and Elizabeth Pettman, Team Leader.  We had an open and honest meeting around our provision, opportunity and perspectives, before being joined by some of Suffolk team as well as two current clients we are supporting. This then led to open discussion between all parties to talk about gaps in provisions, themes and new initiatives by the team.
