It doesn’t matter whether the crime has been reported to the police or whether you’re a victim or witness – our free, confidential service is delivered by a friendly team who can offer emotional or practical support to help you move on. We’ll also help explain your rights.

To access support from Victim Care:

Please be aware that from Sunday 29th September 2025, Victim Support will no longer be accepting new referrals.

This is a temporary measure as a new service, Catch22, will be taking over on Wednesday 1st October 2025.

For any urgent referrals during this time, you can still contact Victim Support’s 24 hour Supportline.
